In February 2012 Sean embarked on an exciting new business opportunity - "MacMor Quantity Surveying and Development Solutions Ltd" was launched.

His company offers all the traditional quantity surveying services for a wide client base including builders, developers, subcontractors, the public sector and private clients.

Having recently completed his own self-build project, Sean can also offer the specialist advice necessary from inception to completion to ensure this increasingly popular method of build is procured and managed successfully.

Over the past 20 years Sean has built up many contacts in the building sector ranging from funders/investors, land agents, solicitors, house builders, developers, contractors and architects, and more recently in his Regeneration role contacts in local authorities, housing associations and the HCA. This blend of knowledge and experience will offer a unique commercial solution across the residential, commercial and retail sectors.

The goal is to provide development solutions from the initial land identification and appraisal stage, the aim being to bring together the relevant stakeholders, ranging from contractors, house builders and developers to investors, housing associations and public bodies. With the professional team assembled, their drive and focus will ensure the successful delivery of the project.
