Having joined Strata in September 1997 as a Project Quantity Surveyor, Sean was appointed Commercial Manager in 2000 and with a small team of people set up a new Regional Office in Leeds for Strata Homes Yorkshire Ltd. This role was carried out very successfully until 2006 when Sean moved on to head up the newly formed Regeneration Division of Strata.

In his role as Regeneration Director he has delivered successful partnership arrangements with other Developers, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. He dealt with Strata's applications for the Government initiatives around Kickstart, Homebuy Direct and Firstbuy.
