Derby Homes Developer Framework Panel

In October 2007 Strata Regeneration were successfully appointed on to the Derby Homes Framework Agreement as the sole developer to work closely in partnership with Derby Homes and its Stakeholders.

Sean led the bid in competitive dialogue to secure a number of infill sites located around Derby City centre. A total of 39 new homes were built and designed to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 including 10 affordable units for rent.
