MacMor self-build by Sean

Sean completed the self-build project of his contemporary designed new home “MacMor” in August 2010. He dealt with the plot identification, negotiation of land price and securing of a satisfactory planning consent.

He project managed the entire works himself including the control of all labour, plant and materials, via use of individual subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the budget was not exceeded.
